I firmly believe that IP strategy must be led by a client’s commercial goals.

As a senior practitioner with more than twenty five years of experience, I assist clients primarily in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries with all aspects of patent protection. This includes drafting and prosecuting patent applications worldwide, advising on patentability, conducting due diligence on patent rights and developing global strategies for protecting, transferring and enforcing patent portfolios.

As both a patent attorney and a lawyer, I work with a wide range of organisations, including start ups, universities, government bodies, SMEs and large corporates, to build and implement IP strategies that align with client commercial objectives.

I am also a member of the South Australian State Committee for AusBiotech, where I represent the biotechnology sector at a state level and contribute to the advancement of innovation in the life sciences.
