As the firm’s Commercial National Practice Leader, I specialise in commercial and intellectual property law, drawing on more than 30 years’ experience advising on all aspects of the management and commercialisation of IP.
The clients I work with span a variety of industries (with a particular focus on the research and development sector), predominantly for IP and content owners. I frequently advise them on the management, exploitation and protection of their rights in old and new media.
I specialise in commercial and intellectual property law, working across a variety of industries. I have extensive experience advising clients on the full range of commercial transactions, including licence agreements, joint ventures, strategic alliances, collaboration and partnering arrangements and supply chain and logistics agreements. In addition, I advise local and international businesses on establishing regional and national franchise systems and provide strategic advice to established operations.
I am also the current Vice-Chair for the LESI Women in Licensing Alliance (WILA), where I co-ordinate its global Mentoring Program, and I serve as the Regional Ambassador for WILA in Australia-New Zealand.
Beyond this, I have worked on a broad range of technology and sourcing matters, including procurement, development agreements, hosting and outsourcing arrangements, software maintenance and hardware supply and support agreements.
