b) Google Adwords and Australian court decisions on trade mark infringement over Adwords;
c) the European Right To Be Forgotten legislation
d) Google Adsense, Pay Per Click and domain name cybersquatting;
e) Metadata and the Federal Government’s proposed rules for ISPs.
