Principal & Head of Trade Marks

I have more than 15 years’ experience in strategic brand protection and enforcement across Australia and New Zealand, helping clients safeguard and grow their most valuable assets—their brands.

My work covers all aspects of trade mark portfolio management, including brand clearance, registration, oppositions, non-use actions, and enforcement. I also advise on product launches and review advertising and marketing materials to ensure compliance while supporting commercial objectives.

I manage trade mark portfolios for leading Australian and international IP owners, with a strong focus on the technology, e-commerce, consumer goods, retail, entertainment, and agrifoods sectors. My perspective is global: in addition to extensive practice in Australia and New Zealand, I gained valuable international experience in the United States as IP Counsel for one of the world’s largest technology and e-commerce companies.

Clients value my clear communication style and pragmatic advice. I take a collaborative, commercially focused approach and enjoy developing strategies that align closely with business goals, helping brands not just stay protected, but thrive.
