I am an intellectual property lawyer with over 25 years’ experience in intellectual property protection, commercialisation, management and enforcement.
I provide intellectual property advice to the private sector, educational and research institutions and government agencies. I specialise in the area of life sciences and pharmaceuticals.
I enjoy delivering to my clients satisfying outcomes in contentious intellectual property matters, including patent infringement and validity, trade mark opposition, infringement and removal, passing off and misleading and deceptive conduct, breaches of confidentiality, registered design and domain name matters.
On the less contentious side, I advise clients on IP commercialisation, parallel importation and IP prosecution strategies, IP audits and due diligence. I also assist my clients in the management of their IP portfolios.
